Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities
Project Management Major Relationships:
Ensuring that all rental projects are profitable, delivered on time and meet customer and safety requirements
Review site plans and conduct walk throughs to ensure project outcomes are achieved
Liaising with site and project engineers on-site, to clarify project layout and assess proposed barrier alignments to ensure projects are compliant
Develop and maintain relationships with key industry contacts via phone, email and face to face visits
Deliver value to clients utilising expertise of product range, approvals and engineering
Collaborate with internal team to ensure completion of jobs
Assist with engineering and project administration requirements, including data entry, as required
Liaise with Branch Manager and sales team to manage all aspects of customer service
Assist operations team with scheduling and programming
Aid operations team on-site with deployment and installation tasks, including general laboring / assistance as required
Collaborate with operations team to ensure timely and safe installations
On occasion night shift is required

1-3 years Product Coordinator experience preferred
VCAA qualification
Forklift License
Medium Rigid Truck License
Dogging License
Traffic Management
Electrical Spotters Ticket
Industry Card (white/red card)
Knowledge of the road safety industry / civil construction market and relevant regulatory requirements
Understanding WH&S
Advanced level of computer literacy (baseplan highly desired)
