Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities
Maintaining Long Term Forecasts (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow)
Monthly consolidation and balance sheet preparation and submission including assisting with Group consolidation adjustment control (includes Group Fixed Asset Register entries, Group AASB 16 Reporting and Intangible amortisation)
Preparing budgeted cashflow and balance sheet
Preparation and submission of Growth capex and Maintenance capex applications to the Board as required
Assist with preparation of the annual financial statements and maintaining accounting policies
Assist with Accounting Paper preparation as required
Assisting with auditors at interim and financial year end audits
Ownership of Group accounting, including TB uploads, monthly journals, maintenance of working files
Assist with the Fixed Asset Reconciliation review as well as AASB16 lease monthly reconciliation review

Chartered Accountant or relevant financial degree
High attention to detail
Organised and able to meet strict deadlines
Excellent understanding of Accounting Standards
Experience with Financial statement preparation
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
Ability to deal with multi-level relationships
Excellent interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build successful working relationships
Strong computer literacy including demonstratable proficiency with Microsoft Excel formulas eg Xlookup, SUMIFs, INDEX, MATCH, pivots, Power BI
