About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Major Account Manager to execute and drive the strategic sales plan for our Western Region's Infrastructure customer segment. This role will play a pivotal role in servicing and supporting the existing Infrastructure's customer line of business, whilst supporting the delivery of our contractual obligations and seeking to explore any new opportunities within the market. Reporting into the Sales & Business Development Manager - Infrastructure, this role will require travel to remote customers and you will:
Act as primary point of contact for our major customers & contracts
Work closely with the team to manage existing customers, grow business & achieve financial objectives
Lead internal & external communications in relation to service, delivery & price for our major contracts
Ensuring all KPI’s are understood, communicated & achieved in accordance with contractual obligations
Complete all required internal & external reporting requirements
Attend customer meetings & carry out customer presentations in relation to our service offering & contract deliverables
Support the planning & coordination of resources required for effective & efficient delivery of contractual requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Senior sales experience within a competitive sales environment
Qualification in Business Management, Sales Negotiation or similar (desirable)
Excellent internal & external stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong working relationships & collaborate effectively to achieve results
Knowledge of various Infrastructure projects within West Australia, with a focus on the Pilbara market
Proven ability & success in developing and converting sales opportunities at a Tier 0 & Tier 1 level
Superior communication, negotiation & influencing skills
High level of commercial acumen & awareness
Strong reporting & analytic skills
