Job Description
About the role
Based in Silverwater & reporting to the General Manager People & Culture, you will use your experience to provide a high quality, responsive & professional organisational development service within the Region.
In this role you will:
Develop and implement organization-wide strategies and initiatives
Support the business to effectively design organizational structure, policies, and procedures
Collaborate with People & Culture and senior leadership to develop and implement talent acquisition/management and succession planning strategies
Support the design, delivery, and implementation of workshops, training programs, and team-building activities
Support change management initiatives
Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on organizational development matters, including performance management, career development and succession planning
Collaborate with external consultants and vendors as needed to support organizational development initiatives

Skills & Qualifications
Strong leadership and influencing skills to drive change and gain buy-in from stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Demonstrated experience in designing and facilitating training programs and workshops
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and collaborate with employees at all levels
Strong HR Generalist capabilities and HRIS system management and implementations
Understanding of organizational development principles, theories, and best practices
Psychometric interpretation and mapping
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
Minimum Cert 4 Training and Assessment
Essential Skills
Extensive experience in and knowledge of change management principles and the ability to navigate and manage organizational change
Proven success in designing and implementing leadership//management and or/functional employee development pathways
Previous experience working in organisations to develop and drive employee engagement and communication initiatives
Reward and recognition program design and management
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Ability to travel as required to support organizational development initiatives.
Proven track record of leveraging technology to drive organisational alignment and process improvements
