About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an enterprising Branch Manager to help lead our team in Dandenong VIC.
Reporting to the Area Operations Manager - VIC/ SA, the Branch Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations and driving the success of our branch. This role also will
Ensure customer service excellence is delivered
Build and maintain a strong & cohesive team environment, in line with Onsite' values
Lead the safety culture and safety compliance
Ensure delivery of all contractual requirements & performance metrics
Successfully manage and respond to any customer or operational issues
Drive business processes to optimise operational efficiencies
Successfully manage and achieve branch P&L requirements
Complete all required reporting requirements

To be successful in the role, you will need;
Operational leadership experience with P&L responsibilities
Strong people leaderships skills with success in building high performing teams
Previous experience in rental, industrial, construction or related industry
Sound communication and relationship building skills
Strong analytical skills, organisation and accuracy
Intermediate knowledge of MS office suite
